Facts
- You are responsible for the maintenance of machines and systems
- Working in shifts, participating in weekend work and on-call duty
Your tasks
- Independent management of employees and coordination of tasks
- Personnel and scheduling planning, organization, monitoring and execution of maintenance, servicing and repair work on machines and equipment
- Work safety, environmental protection, order and cleanliness
- Control of external companies
- Work preparation (planning incl. materials etc.)
Your qualifications
- You enjoy taking on management tasks and responsibility
- At least completed training as a master craftsman in mechanical engineering (or comparable qualification)
- Good self-organization, high level of commitment and reliability, confident appearance
- Initiative, flexibility and assertiveness
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Knowledge of the maintenance of gearboxes, drive machines and hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of personnel planning (personnel deployment), deadline tracking and work safety
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Welding skills (MAG, electric manual and flame cutting)
- Good overview of technical and organizational contexts
- Willingness to undergo further training and positive attitude towards innovations in technical and organizational processes
- Good EDP skills (Office)
- Class B driving license
